3. Strict Compliance with Florida Crash Report Laws

Crash Connect operates in full compliance with Florida Statutes § 316.066. We do not illegally access, purchase, or utilize Florida Traffic Crash Reports within the 60-day confidential exemption period unless explicitly authorized by the involved party.
