1. Nature of the Service

Crash Connect provides a platform to connect individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents with licensed legal and medical professionals in the State of Florida. Crash Connect is not a law firm, nor is it a medical provider. We do not provide legal or medical advice.

2. Florida 60-Day Anti-Solicitation Acknowledgment

Crash Connect strictly adheres to Florida Statutes § 817.234. We do not, under any circumstances, solicit business from a person involved in a motor vehicle accident for the purpose of making tort claims or PIP claims within 60 days of the accident, except via general advertising directed to the public or if the user initiates contact with us directly. By using this site, you acknowledge that you initiated this inquiry.

3. Anti-Patient Brokering Acknowledgment

Crash Connect operates in compliance with Florida Statutes § 817.505 (the Florida Patient Brokering Act). We do not accept bribes, kickbacks, or illegal split-fee arrangements in exchange for routing patients to specific healthcare facilities or clinics.

4. Florida Bar Compliance for Legal Referrals

For users seeking legal representation, any participating attorney in our network is regulated by the Supreme Court of Florida's Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Crash Connect does not guarantee the outcome of any legal representation and does not make decisions regarding the merits of your case.

5. User Representations and Fraud Prevention

By using Crash Connect, you state that all information you provide regarding an accident or injury is truthful. Under Florida Statutes § 817.234, any person who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive any insurer files a statement of claim containing any false, incomplete, or misleading information is guilty of a felony.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Crash Connect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any actions taken by the third-party medical or legal professionals to whom you are referred.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
